We founded ECOTEAS in the year 2000 with a vision to create a yerba mate brand that would honor the meaning of Home in every sense—from our bodies to our households, our communities, and the living world that sustains us.
We only sell organic, unsmoked yerba mate. It's healthier for us and the planet.
We strive to use recyclable and compostable packaging in all our products, delivering as much yerba mate as possible with the least amount of waste.
We support education, healthcare, reforestation, and infrastructure initiatives in our organic yerba mate source region.
And we make every effort to not only pay our farm partners and artisans fair prices, but also deliver affordable yerba mate to you, our valued customers.
We even go a step further, working with the Bonneville Environmental Fund to restore a cup of water to Oregon watersheds for every cup of water used to brew our yerba mate.
