Try This at Home
Thursday, September 10, 2009 at 11:36AM Once in a while, I like to get really amped up. Say, when I'm going out dancing all night. Or just starting a new creative project. That's when I brew a little treat they first cooked up down in artsy Cordoba, Argentina. I add a hefty spoonful of organic, fair trade coffee to the bombilla pit in my mate gourd (Noble Coffee is one of my favs). The mate and the coffee combine to give a really potent punch that is surprisingly not too edgy. The spumo (natural foam) from this combo is a brilliant opalescent blend of greens, blacks, and rainbows. You better go try it before I start writing poems about it!

I love it! Often times yerba mate is pitted against coffee as an either-or. I disagree. Great coffee is great. Great yerba mate is great. Combined, they are also great! Caffeine and antioxidants....how can you go wrong?
I'm shoked! I see in google.com

I have read your experience regarding the coffee event.I found your post very informative in nature.I want to know more about your experiences in a current position.I am waiting for another such post in nearby future.
I cant stand coffee. The thing is I have tried it for weight watch and only found for the last 2 years when I took it I was depressed once I came down off the coffee. A friend told me about "kiwi drug" and how they have information on there about 5-htp and how it helps with weight and its all natural with zero side affects. Been on it for a ear now and I feel wonderful
Wonderful post... Very informational and educational as usual! Some just don't like coffee; just like Dana above.
